個人關係或活動會不當影響代表堡富做出決策或讓人誤認為堡富存在貪污,本「利益衝突政策」有助於將發生這種狀況的風險降至最低
本政策適用於擔任堡富員工或代理職務的所有堡富人員。所有堡富人員都必須遵守本政策以及堡富的「禮品和款待政策」及「反賄賂和反貪污政策」。堡富人員還必須遵守臺灣政府和地方反賄賂和反貪污法律。
堡富員工應該避免造成個人利益與公司利益之間的任何衝突或可能的影響。為此,員工於知悉面臨(不祇限於)下述情況時應主動並充分報告說明任何個人利益與公司利益互相牴觸的情況(人員及關係人利益關係揭露表如附表),各部門主管以下職級之員工應向該部門最高主管及人力資源主管報告;各部門主管以上職級之員工應直接向執行長報告。

The mission of Bao Fu relies on our core value of "integrity." Customers, regulatory bodies, and the public trust Bao Fu because we adhere to the noble principles of integrity, honesty, and fairness in conducting business. However, every individual employed by Bao Fu also holds roles and relationships outside the company.
If external or personal interests appear to influence Bao Fu's work, it may lead others to question our independence and integrity. Personal relationships or activities that inappropriately affect decision-making on behalf of Bao Fu or create the perception of corruption can pose risks. This "Conflict of Interest Policy" is designed to minimize the occurrence of such situations.
This policy applies to all Bao Fu personnel who hold positions as employees or agents of Bao Fu. All Bao Fu personnel are required to comply with this policy and Bao Fu’s Gifts and Entertainment Policy and Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy. Bao Fu personnel must also comply with Taiwan government and local anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
Bao Fu employees should avoid any conflict or possible impact between personal interests and the company's interests. To this end, employees should proactively and fully report any conflict between their personal interests and the company's interests when they are aware of (not limited to) the following situations (the employee and related party interest relationship disclosure form is attached), the heads of each department are as follows: Employees at the rank of head of each department should report to the top manager and human resources director of the department; employees at the head of each department or above should report directly to the CEO.
